Her master’s academic studies in Marketing Management and Public Relations, completed at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, further highlight her dedication to this dynamic business segment. She has gained professional experience in leading industries, including chemical, food, construction, and tourism, as well as in other smaller yet equally challenging fields of the economy. Working in top management positions at companies such as Beohemija, Banini, Neoplanta – Nelt Group, Bekament, she has managed successful teams and created and implemented strategies that led to exceptional business results. Bojana’s contribution to the success of these companies has become a reference for solving business challenges and serves as an inspiration to many colleagues in marketing and business in general.
Bojana Rudović has continuously worked on personal and professional development in the areas of management, finance, sales, and marketing.
